Sleep deficit is performance killer

Yesterday, I heard about some issues about Sleep.

One of impressed thing is relation between, Sleep and Performance.
According to Mr.Nishida(Tokyo Ikashika Univ.) and also Charles A. Czeisler (at HBR)

Sleep Dificit cause some problems to Amygdala. then performance decreases.

I sleep only three hours a day. it may killing my performance.
but, It is within the expected.

When I sleep more (enough), the performance will be increase.

wise man keeps some of his talents in reserve.
Isn't it?
